Desired Candidate Profile
• Heading & Handling the Travel Agency independently.
• To meet targets set by the company, keeping in mind profitability.
• To understand the need of the guest/passenger & provide accurate & updated information.
• To ensure maximum conversion of enquiries into business with full guest satisfaction.
• To negotiate with service providers for competitive rates and update HO for better options, if any.
• To supervise the day to day working of team members and guide them.
• International and Domestic Tour package booking.
• International and Domestic Airline/Railway Reservation & issuance of tickets.
• Should be able to freely & independently work on our Travel software
• Design International and Domestic Package & outbound tours
• should be able to handle all travel related issues such as:
- Travel documents
- Visa applications/process
- Travel insurance
- Passport application & related issues
- International and Domestic Hotel reservations.
