Terms & Condition

Booking: 25% to be remitted in advance while booking the Tour through the bank account of the company( see below for details).
Food: Vegetarian/Non Veg Food is included in the Package Rate Except during the train journey
Accommodation: Good A/C Double rooms by Twin sharing basis at all places as per the tour itinerary
Transport: A/C Transportation will be provided during Road Journey depending upon the number of passengers
Entry Tickets: Entry Tickets wherever required for sight seeing & rope way charges included in the tour charge
Company Representative as Tour Manager will accompany the journey from beginning to end.
Children holding reduction tickets will not be eligible for separate accommodation. Age limit of children’s is 5 to 11 years only
Cancel & Refund : 50% of the Advance amount will be refund against cancellation before 30 days of the tour starting dates thereafter no refund available against cancellation
If the journey is blocked /diverted/ cancelled For any reasons beyond our control such as Road Bandh, Train Delay Strike, Natural Calamities, (Earth Quake, Flood, Cyclone, Tsunami etc) Company Will not allow any refund.
The Train tickets bookings are opening before 60 days of the tour starting dates . The company can arrange rail tickets 70 days before booking only
The passengers should be carry government of india approved ID card during the journey. The company have no any responsibility Customs duty at the Nepal & India check post. If there is any Unauthorized items carry by the passengers in between the country passengers only responsibility for this same . and the passenger should be follow the govt. rules & Regulation of the country with out any fail
